General care instructions for digital planners

Check app compatibility

Always ensure your digital planner files open with compatible apps, such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or Xodo. Each app offers different features – choose the one that best suits your planning style and device.

Regular backups

Regularly back up your planner files to reliable cloud storage (iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox) to prevent data loss. Save copies after important updates or notes.

File organization

Organize your digital planners by clearly naming files by year, month, or category (work, personal, fitness). Use separate folders to quickly find content.

Use the pen carefully
