How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days within United kingdom.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within Switzerland.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also check your order status by going to  The tracking page .

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and include all packaging and accessories.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for the return shipping?

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged item, wrong item sent, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our external payment service providers.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

You can request changes or cancellations by contacting our customer service team (support hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, GMT)) after placing your order. Once an order is being processed, we cannot guarantee changes.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
