Return option

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items showing signs of use, alterations, or damage not caused by shipping may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not match the description, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The item must be in its original condition, including all accessories and undamaged packaging.
Exchanges are only accepted for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value, depending on availability.
If the desired item is no longer in stock, we will offer a full refund or allow you to choose another item of equal value.

Shipping costs for exchanges

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damage in transit, or defect), we will cover the shipping costs in both directions.
If the exchange is for personal reasons (e.g., a desire for a different model or variant), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Packaging requirements

If possible, use the product's original packaging.
If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy cardboard box with suitable protective material.
Ensure that the items are adequately protected from damage during transport.
Secure any loose parts or components.
Remove or cover all previous shipping labels.
 

Shipment tracking for returns

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed. This helps ensure that your return can be tracked in case of any shipping delays.
